No bookings, no payments

CubaAtlas does not take reservations or process payments. Where we link out to airlines, agencies, hotels, or other providers, those are independent third parties with their own prices, terms, and privacy policies. Any transaction you make is strictly between you and that provider; we are not a party to it and earn no commission from your booking.

Accuracy & availability

We work to keep information accurate and cite official sources where we can, but we make no warranty that content is complete, current, or error-free. Prices, schedules, exemptions, and regulations may be out of date by the time you read them. The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” and we may change, suspend, or remove any part of it at any time.

U.S. and other legal restrictions

Travel to Cuba and business dealings involving Cuba are subject to the laws of your own country — including, for U.S. persons, sanctions administered by the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). It is your responsibility to ensure your travel and any commercial activity comply with all laws that apply to you. Nothing on this site is an inducement or authorization to violate any sanction, embargo, or law.
